Registration

Thanks to the Research Council of Norway, to the City of Oslo and to all industrial sponsors for allowing us to keep the registration fees low while permitting us to provide an attractive technical and social program for FPL2012.

FPL2010 REGULAR, STUDENT and PHD FORUM registration includes admission to all technical sessions, refreshment breaks, lunches, a copy of the conference proceedings (USB), Oslo City Hall Reception and Fjord Banquet. The student status must be verified by e-mailing a scanned copy of the student card or a letter from the university to info@fpl2012.org .

While on-site registration will be possible, we highly encourage FPL2012 attendees to register prior to the conference:

Registration for FPL2012 pre and post confrence workshops

• A registration (regular or student) is required from all participants who have a full paper or a poster until July 1st (one for each accepted submission).
• A Ph.D. Forum registration is required from all authors who have a paper in the Ph.D. Forum.
• Authors with multiple papers should contact the organizing committee in order to determine sensible ways to combine registration costs. info@fpl2012.org
• All papers, posters and Ph.D. Forum papers must be presented, otherwise they will be removed from the official FPL program and the FPL Proceedings on IEEE Xplore.

Visa

Remember to consider early if you need to apply for a visa. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us (General Chair, Jim Torresen jimtoer@ifi.uio.no ) to get an invitation letter from the organizing committee of FPL 2012.

Receipts

Payment receipts will be included in conference bags. No receipts will be sent in advance. Each attendee must register separately. Registrations by phone are not accepted.

Terms and Conditions

Conference participation is nominal and may not be shared. Substitution of conference participation is permitted, provided the organizers have been informed by email before August 1, 2012. The organizers reserve the right to modify the conference program, speakers, or timing without prior notice and cannot be held liable for any such changes. Cancellation is allowed if requested in writing (by email) before August 1, 2012. A handling fee of NOK 400 will be charged. Registration fees cannot be refunded for cancellations for author registrations or for requests received after August 1, 2012.
